Avoid alcohol
Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours before or after your treatment to avoid extra redness or swelling.
Avoid the sun or spray tanning
Your skin will be sensitive so avoid any possible scenarios where you could irritate it.
Arrive for treatment free from makeup
Makeup can be applied 2 to 4 hours after the treatment.
Avoid certain topical products and certain medication
Five days before treatment, stop the use of vitamin C and E serums or retinol products.
Avoid heat & Sun Exposure to Area
For 2 weeks after treatment until the swelling and redness have resolved, avoid intense heat in the treated area(s). This includes sunbathing, tanning, saunas, hot tubs, or hot wax.
Apply Sunscreen
We recommend that patients use a good, broad spectrum sunscreen after your treatments.
